Nora Redding is an AMAZING realtor who stopped at nothing to get our old house sold AND put us in the home of our dreams! She able to get us way more than we expected from the house we sold, and helped us negotiate credits from the seller towards our closing. I lost count of the number of properties we saw, I honestly thought I would drive her batty because I am so picky, but she was so patient and was able to get us speedy access to every single property I wanted to view. She never once pushed, or rushed us, and she actually had more knowledge of FHA loan requirements than our inspector (CREDITS)!!!! She was remarkably knowledgeable about the entire process start to finish which was a much needed reassurance because COVID has changed the process just enough to add extra stress. Nora also has contacts for everything that you could ever dream of for before the purchase to after. I can’t imagine having gone through buying our first home during this chaotic time without her. I HIGHLY recommend her, you won’t be sorry! She was our very own personal angel 🥰
