As a first-time home buyer and the fact that I doing it all on my own, I was bracing myself for a long and up-hill process when first looking to relocate to FL. Noelle Tietz worked with my aunt and uncle when they relocated to the Fort Myers, FL area and they recommended I work with her when I decided to relocate to the same area. Noelle was nothing short of the most professional individual that I've had the pleasure to work with. She scheduled me for viewings within one day of letting her know what I was looking for, she set me up with an amazing finance team that got me pre-approved in a day and best of all she did a spectacular job looking out for my best interest from start to finish. From the time I found the home I wanted (she worked with the seller agent to get an approval within hours), waked me through every single step of the process (I had no idea what I had to do ahead of time) and Noelle was with me every step responsive at any hour of the day. To be honest I'm not completely sure she sleeps! Here I am a month later situated in my dream home and she is still in touch and offering to help me as I complete my relocation process!
