My experience with my realtor was amazing. I don’t live where the property was sold so I had to depend on Nivia to do almost everything via telephone and it wasn’t a problem for her. She went above and beyond for me. She has so many connections in Tampa she gave me the handyman, the moving company and the cleaning company that cleaned the house once everything was moved out the house. I trusted her judgment and she guided me in the right direction every time. She was so knowledgeable about the property from roof to the foundation and when I had to go over all of the paperwork she right there with me every step of the way. I would recommend Nivia to everyone I know that is buying or selling their property because she is so professional and she gets the job done.

Unheard of!!! Nivia is very connected and respected in her industry. Nivia was easy to communicate with and was very transparent which we liked: She was able to easily and quickly answer all of our questions. To say Nivia went above and beyond is an understatement. Few examples: connected directly with our lender as needed- followed up through every stage of the process (we viewed several listings), recommendations for homeowners insurance and contractors to do any minor upgrades we needed. I would certainly do it all over again with her expertise and reccomend her to ALL of our family and friends!!!
