My experience with my realtor was amazing. I don’t live where the property was sold so I had to depend on Nivia to do almost everything via telephone and it wasn’t a problem for her. She went above and beyond for me. She has so many connections in Tampa she gave me the handyman, the moving company and the cleaning company that cleaned the house once everything was moved out the house. I trusted her judgment and she guided me in the right direction every time. She was so knowledgeable about the property from roof to the foundation and when I had to go over all of the paperwork she right there with me every step of the way. I would recommend Nivia to everyone I know that is buying or selling their property because she is so professional and she gets the job done.
