She helped us determine which enhancements will bring the most value, found reliable contractors and vendors to execute the enhancements, and even oversaw the work was completed to satisfaction. With her excellent listing, we received multiple offers and negotiated a very nice purchase price with a honest and motivated buyer. She was there for both us and the buyer during the inspection and closing period and the process could not have gone any smoother. This is the 2nd time Nita has helped us to sell a property and she has helped us sell for a much higher value than even we thought we would be able to sell for.
