My wife and I recently bought our first home through Nina Salmu and we couldn't be happier with the way she walked us through the process. Nina was the seventh realtor that we spoke with and they all kept telling us that there was nothing in our price range and if we found something then let them know, but not Nina she found and showed us three additional homes along with the homes that we picked out. She kept us updated on everything as the process went on and she also explained every step that was being taken as far as the inspections and appraisal and what was needed from us. Nina also made sure that we were aware that the asking price was more than what the property appraised for so with her guidance and knowledge we acquired the property for much less than the asking price. We are very satisfied with the professionalism and knowledge that Nina showed. She also treated us as if we were family and our best interests was also hers. We will definitely be recommending her to friends and family for all their real-estate needs, she went above and beyond the expectations of what a realtor is and does. We thank her for all her help.

My last experience with a realtor was not half as pleasant as working with Nina. I was looking for a piece of property in Golden Valley and ended up finding it on my own and the realtor I had aquired took almost two weeks to get back to me ànd then she basically went thru the motions and set it up. It fell out of escrow twice and I almost lost it and my earnest money. I only talked to her three times while in escrow for two months. I met Nina while looking for more property on my own. The property fell through but Nina said No Worries and we looked at places on line and set up some to go see so I met her at her office and went shopping. Some were what I was looking for but I wanted to see a few more so she drove to one at Valley Vista, just want I wanted! She aquirred the keys in less than a hour we checked it out and it was in escrow that week. She's real good at what she does and she is a workaholic. She even checked my perchase of my property I bought before I even met her and it was totally opposite of what the other realtor told me so we put it up for sale ,it was basically worthless to me. It was a pleasure to meet and work with Nina and I will let everyone know how professional and smart she is. You could not find a harder working and experienced realtor, she's real good!
