I was recommended to Nina by a friend. I called her to set up a appointment. She was prompt and on time. I explained to her that I wanted to sell my townhouse. She came prepared with comps in the area and suggested a price. She provided me with a list of contractors that I can use to freshen up my townhouse. I called the numbers of the contractors to get things started. When everything was done we put my townhouse on the market. We got over asking price. I was very pleased with the effort that Nina put into the selling of my townhouse. She took care of everything that needed to be done making my life easy. I also used Nina to help me purchase my new house! I would highly recommend Nina to family and friends after my experience with her whether selling or buying.

She handled all the necessary schedules with the contractors in order to get my place on the market. Everything was done in a timely manner. Nina represented both seller & buyer successfully. This must be difficult for an agent. It was our 1st and only home buying experience.
