I can't believe she is asking me for a review but here it is. This was the worst experience I ever had in any type of transaction. Every conversation with her contradicted her previous. She wouldn't listen to anyone as she was always right no mater what. During 1 call with her I said "I am going to end up having a F-ing heart attack" & hung up on her as she had me so agitated. Yes I said the word but it was toward me not her. She texted that she felt threatened by my language. I replied what I said not using the word again & asked how she felt threatened. After that I texted her saying all further interactions will be through text or email only that our conversations are not productive. She accepted that but still to try to call me. At that point she had lied & changed what she had said so many times I wanted everything in writing from her & I wouldn't answer her calls. BTW I was the seller & she was the buyers agent but had me sign her as my agent saying that the house had to be listed with an agent for FHA approval. Originally I was only supposed to pay 2% in closing fees & should have been around $4K. In the end I ended up paying over $16,000 in closing fees. I didn't know this total till we were in the process of closing. Closing was already way past intended closing date. The day before 1 closing date it was changed yet again. She had told me everything was set & ready to close that day (Friday) & to be sure electric was turned off so the buyer could have it turned on after closing. I set up with electric co. to turn off that morning & rented a U-Haul the day before as I planed to leave for Pa. after closing. Well I was told that closing wouldn't happen till Monday. I was already loading trailer & had left my job. Friday morning elect turned off. Spent day & night no Elect. Left Sat. Also knowing I had 2 cats that were stressed due to construction in the house she felt the need to bring her dog. What kind of person brings a dog to a clients house? STAY AWAY!!!

We had another realtor who decided they did not want to help us or find a home nor have one of their associates to help us on a trip to look for houses despite having booked flights to come down and look. We reached out to Nikki with only a days notice and she immediately hit the ground running. She not only got us showings to many of the homes we wanted to see but found one we had not seen and got us a showing despite restricted times. Our previous realtor would have never even tried to get us into this home. We found a home we loved and a realtor that went above and beyond to help us find it. I would recommend Nikki to anyone who is looking for a realtor that will do what it takes to find them the home of their dreams.
