While we were house hunting, I would call Nik to go see a property and usually we were able to see it the same day. He often made himself available during my lunch hour, and he would always beat me there, having the house open and ready to see, with sellers disclosures and other information printed and ready. He usually called or texted me later in that day to ask me questions and I'm pretty sure he called most of the agents for these properties to give them feedback after my viewing.
