Nik isn’t your average realtor. He understands homes, both market-wise and structurally. During one particular Open House, he crawled into the crawlspace to inspect the condition of the plumbing and ductwork for us… in his Sunday best. There were other realtors standing around with their clients, and I didn’t see any of them do the same. His firsthand renovation experience was a huge benefit to us, as we were able to use him as a resource to gauge potential remodeling costs and red flags that other realtors would never pick up on. And not only is he quick to respond (at all hours), but he’s also highly proactive with communication. Most of the time, it was Nik reaching out to me first to settle something, move forward, or just check in. As first time home buyers, he did a great job of keeping us at ease throughout the home search, bidding wars, and buying process. Not once did we feel ignored, ill-advised, or unconfident while working with Nik. He’s also been a great help to us post-purchase and has reached out multiple times to check-in and see if he can help us in any way. He’s provided great insight and connections for us to find the perfect flooring for our home (we were struggling with big box options before reaching out to him), as well as helping us find a trusted drywaller and painter that could get our home move-in ready. Nik came highly-recommended to us from some of our friends and family that had used him in the past. We can now gladly join them in wholeheartedly recommending him to others. If you’re looking for a realtor with experience and knowledge that goes well beyond what you can get with a standard realtor or AI, Nik’s your guy.
