Nik was AWESOME to work with! From the get go of him customizing my search profile to accomodate what i'm looking for in a home, all the way to the closing process. Nik has strong clear communication and is extremely fast at replying to anything you send him! He always adjusted to my schedule whenever i was trying to go see a home and made that available. Nik makes the home buying process a breeze by updating you on things that are coming up before the closing date of what we need to do and submit so you are never surprised by any deadlines. We had an appraiser that couldn't get into the home due to a key malfunction, Nik rushed over from over 45 minutes away to let him in instead of delaying the appointment for another day, if that isn't TOP TIER service, IDK what is. Oh, did I mention he will bring you a classy closing gift as well?

Nik, Jacob, Blaire and his entire team were a pleasure to work with. As new residents to Kentucky we did not have a specific city (or even county) we were searching for to find a home. We are out of state buyers and worked with two other realtors before finding the realtor we want to work with, Nik. He listened to what we were looking for and did thorough research on all the properties we were interested in, unlike other realtors who were very vague and just wanted to close the sale and get their check. Nik and his team were very helpful and professional in all aspects of our search for a lot to build our home. Being in the real estate field myself in the past I can say that it’s hard to find a realtor that will take his time to research and find comparable sales to educate the buyer and make sure that a buyer will get a fair price and not overpay. Too many now a days will write and offer for whatever the asking price is or an arbitrary number over list price just to close a sale. I’m glad we could find an honest team that stands with the client and looks out for their best interest.
