We are a couple in our 60’s and 70’s. The winters in both places we were living became intolerable! Between Denver, London and Indiana we were done with snow and grey skies. Niel has helped us sell two houses in St. Pete, both under challenging circumstances. The first was my mom's house, after she passed away, and the most recent was my family's house in the Pink Streets. In both instances, the houses weren't occupied, so we relied heavily on Niel to ensure the properties looked their best for showings. He always showed up early to blow leaves off the driveways and pool decks, to turn on the water at the main, lights, etc. Niel also had to contend with a softening market after the two hurricanes of 2024.
