From the moment I listed my townhome with Nicolle Warner, she was on top of absolutely everything. Since this was in a condominium association there are rules to go by and paperwork needed by lenders and title agents. I didn’t need to do a thing. Nicolle understood the assignment. She made sure the townhome was absolutely perfect to show, made suggestions to make sure it looked like home to every prospective buyer and then made sure everything was perfect before every showing. Her super diligence did not stop there. On day one of a contract for sale, this amazing agent made sure the buyers agent, lender and title company had copies of all the condominium documents she already knew were going to be needed and stayed on top of the process right down to the day of closing. Nicholle navigated the transaction in a professional manner. Her video presentation of the home was the cincher. She understood all of the benefits of the upgrades the house had gone through and was able to articulate the upsides to those upgrades to potential buyers.
