I’m someone who is big on customer service and Nicoli was exceptional throughout the whole process. He looked out for our best interest the entire time and went to battle for us when it came negotiations. If/when I’m looking to sell my house and buy a new one I will be definitely using him in the future.

From our initial meeting to signing our closing documents Nicoli Holm (HoM Group of Keller Williams Integrity Edina) was an excellent realtor for us. I can’t imagine another realtor that would have worked harder, communicated better, or was more responsive than Nicoli. We worked with him for approximately 18-months as we looked to purchase a condo in Minneapolis / St. Paul area. Before closing on the condo we purchased, we’d actually made two offers on properties that were accepted. But, for various reasons we chose to rescind those offers --- It didn’t phase Nicoli, he was always focused on the goal of assisting us in getting what was right for us. Beyond the work he did for us Nicoli was just a great guy and a pleasure for both myself and my wife to work with.
