Nicoletta was my purchasing realtor as well as my selling agent for the property I just sold. She's one of those dedicated hard working agents that will keep you update, quickly resolve any conflicts, and make sure no stone is left unturned. She will do her best to get you your asking price in this tough selling economy. You won't go wrong working with Nicoletta buying or selling.
Nicole is the best sold my house more than I was asking the first day it was on the market and help me with every detail needed to do that I can’t praise her enough
When the times got hard for me Nicky and her Dad come to help me. She also brought some kids to help me move boxes into storage. We needed to make the house look good for showing. Nicky knows how to get the job done and the right people . If it was not for her and her dad I don't know if it would have gone as good as it did . A big hug and thank you to you Nicky and your dad. Happy Holidays and best New Year ever . You are the best .
