When I told her the property wasn't a fit for me she had agreed to help me find something that matched my needs more closely. After that, I worked with Nicole looking at houses for over 2 years and in that time I changed from looking at multi-families to condos to single family homes and I looked in different parts of western Massachusetts and CT. Nicole was very patient with me the entire home and adjusted searches to meet my current needs until I found something that I was very happy with. When I finally found the property I was looking for, Nicole happened to be the seller's agent as well. She was honest the entire time and negotiated between both of us a few different times to ensure both parties were satisfied with the deal. She is also fast as responding to any questions and was very thorough throughout the entire home buying experience, which I greatly appreciated since it was my first home!
