Once our home went into escrow she managed all the details with care. Escrow can be a very stressful process but Nicole kept us informed and on schedule every step of the way to a successful close. Nicole Spencer is the hardest working realtor I’ve ever known! She goes all out to get a house sold. She spent a couple of days staging our house to present it in the best way. Then she hired a professional photographer to take photos of the inside and outside, during the day and at dusk. Not only did she use these photos in the listing, but also on a professional looking glossy brochure. Nicole is a great communicator and always gets back to you quickly. Nicole did an excellent job in listing my home. She went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction.
