Nicole did an awesome job selling my house. She was spot on with her recommendations on who to hire for all the inspections and got them all scheduled. Then, she followed up to get the reports and the repairs scheduled. Nicole took a big load off my shoulders. Her strategy to make my house sparkle ensured the house and property were displayed in the most attractive light. When I couldn’t be home to let contractors into my house, she was there for me.
