We found working with her helpful with good knowledge of areas around Rocklin. 2. We live away from the location. She helped with showing property on video and paid attention to details while showing us on video. 3. She was very organized and helped us stay on top of things from placing of multiple offer to the closing. We asked seller to do some repairs, clean up the yard of debris. We had to follow up with escrow company certain items were cleared up before closing. She being on top of different things really helped us to make the transaction smooth.
What I most like about her is that she was really just in representing us, she did fight for us, without her efforts we would not be able to get this home in this competitive seller's market. She is also very organized, provided a web portal with all the documents. Thanks for all your help.
