Nicole was incredible to work through the entire process with and we could not recommend a better realtor or human being to work with. From our first meeting in her Gulf Shores office; her caring nature, positive attitude, professionalism, and communication were reassuring. She helped us navigate the real estate market in both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, (which at the time was a bit unfamiliar) eventually guiding us to a complex that would best fit our family and needs. Living over 800 miles away, she would take time to go complete a video walk through of a unit we were interested in. Giving us valuable feedback in order to assist us in making an educated and informed decision. This process took thirteen months, from first meeting to closing. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Nicole stayed positive and was very reassuring as we became a bit discouraged having an offer accepted, only to find out a few hours later there had been a lien placed on the property due to unpaid Hurricane Sally repairs. We also had several other offers outbid by buyers using cash. When we were able to make it back down to Gulf Shores, Nicole lined up several units for us walk through. She took wonderful notes and was extremely knowledgeable with each of the units. When we decided to make an offer on two different places, she was timely with communication and paperwork. She was also that calming voice of reason when times got stressful. Ultimately our offer was accepted, but her work was not done. We had to head back 800+ miles north shortly after the offer was accepted. Nicole continued to represent our interests, meeting the inspection crew, communicating and meeting contractors, or just making sure everything happening was on the up and up. We cannot recommend a better person to work through the process of purchasing a new home, condo, etc. We know we have found a Gulf Coast realtor for life and look forward to purchasing our next condo or beach from home with her.
