Nicole was fantastic. We started the process back in 2020. I fell off with communication, and when I was ready in 2022, she jumped right back in without missing a beat. She took photos of the property for me, with a prompt return, Got great video, worked to find me comps in a market that really didn’t have any, and, as the title says—found a buyer fast, paying cash, and at a great price for the property.
