Nicole was wonderful to work with and is a very pleasant person. She kept in close contact with us and always answered and responded to any requests, questions or concerns we had. She seems to stay informed and current with the housing market. She helped us find reasonably priced contractors for any work needed along the way. She went above and beyond to assist with any needs. She gave us her recommendations along the way but supported our decisions even if they didn’t agree with her recommendations. We were disappointed with the price we received on our home as we felt it should have brought a higher sales price but Nicole priced it reasonably and informed us along the way about how comparable homes in the area were selling. The market let us down, but Nicole never did!

This was a new experience for Nicole and she did everything that could be done to be thorough and knowledgeable about the situation. She worked diligently and professionally to make this go smoothly and efficiently. This is the second challenging property the she has helped me navigate and we sold both.
