To anyone requiring a real estate agent in Florida. I would highly recommend Mrs. Nicole Kochman for the job. A person with loads of knowledge and experience with the Florida market. A person easy to work with very trustworthy and who will take care of your interests above all else. I would like to thank her very much for getting my job done that is selling my Florida condo. I want to wish her all the best in her future endeavors. In passing I would like to add I lost a condo but gained a friend.

Nicole’s knowledge of everything was excellent. She could not do enough for us. She was so kind and helpful to us selling our condo. She even went and stayed there for them to fix the plumbing on the washing machine because we had to leave. Could not asked for a better person sell our condo.
