This was a Long and disastrous road I went thru for 10 months trying to sell my condo !!! I had two agents that worked with me before I found Nichole, neither one of them had the expertise to sell my property. I was in and out of 5 contracts with buyers that never qualified financially either with lenders or with the HOA association. I wasted at least 8 months trying to find a buyer that had the qualifications to enter into a valid contract. well long story short Nichole found one and guided all of us thru the necessary steps to get to the finish line. One of our neighbors were scheduled to buy our home, when at the last minute they had mortgage issues. I called a friend who is on the board at his condo and asked him for a referral to a an agent who is a real go getter. He recommended Nicole. I called her that day, and she was on vacation in Europe. I figured that we would speak when she got home but no! She took the time to have a half hour conversation regarding our situation. Nicole had professional pictures taken of our condo that were amazing. Our property went on the market and within 8 hours we had a great offer. We struck gold with Nicole! I would recommend her highly to anyone selling their property in the area. She knows her stuff! She is very efficient and professional. There was not one question that we had that was not accurately answered by Nicole. I wish we could give her 6 stars!
