This was a Long and disastrous road I went thru for 10 months trying to sell my condo !!! I had two agents that worked with me before I found Nichole, neither one of them had the expertise to sell my property. I was in and out of 5 contracts with buyers that never qualified financially either with lenders or with the HOA association. I wasted at least 8 months trying to find a buyer that had the qualifications to enter into a valid contract. well long story short Nichole found one and guided all of us thru the necessary steps to get to the finish line. One of our neighbors were scheduled to buy our home, when at the last minute they had mortgage issues. I've invested in real estate for many years and have worked with dozens of realtors, but Nicole is just on another level.
