Nicole helped me both find my new home and sell my former home. Her knowledge of the real estate market is outstanding. she managed to get me my new home below asking and sell my former home above asking. She is VERY responsive and a true pro in real estate. She staged my old house to perfection and made it look perfect. The most important thing that I liked about working with Nicole was that she was not at all pushy. When we did find my new home, she was upfront about timing and making an appropriate offer.

Nicole was very active in marketing my home; having open houses every weekend, sometimes 2 or 3 on a weekend. She provided a reliable contractor to handle repairs, arranged professional photos, and, staged the house at her expense. I could not have asked her to do more.

Very knowledgeable and I would recommend her very highly.She took her time and did do the details that were necessary in order for a quick sale. She took the time to call us and keep up with the process of the sale as it progressed and it worked out to our advantage.
