Living in another state could have made selling the property more complicated, but Nicole definitely made it a lot easier. She also assisted with getting the carpets cleaned and a few other minor repairs. With multiple offers received on the house, Nicole reviewed each offer and explained the differences of each, which enabled me to select the best offer. She worked with the Title Company to make sure everything was handled properly to make sure the sale could be finalized. I would definitely recommend hiring Nicole to sell your property.

Nicole was amazing to work with. We had her over to assess our home and we were very impressed by her input of how to stage our home and prep for selling. She was honest up front that some ideas were going to take work, but would be worth it. She was absolutely correct! She was always available to listen to concerns, answers questions. She came over and helped stage items. She had the photos of our home redone as the lightening didn’t show the best angle. She explained every step of the selling process to us. Now to make this even more challenging, this was right at the height of Covid, our closing/moving day was a day before the state lockdown happened. In a time of uncertainty, we could count on Nicole. She did an amazing job staging my house and got really great pictures taken.
