From the beginning Nicole was very hands on and communicative with us. Our first conversation lasted for about an hour over the phone where she learned what kind of home we were looking for and in what areas. We were busy with graduation ceremonies the same weekend we put an offer in on the house. Nicole knew that, and she made an effort to only communicate with us when absolutely necessary. Anytime there was a minor adjustment or question from the seller, Nicole was able to work with them without disrupting our day. We greatly appreciated her efforts and understanding.
