Nicole did an outstanding and above and beyond job of marketing. She got amazing pictures taken and help provide feedback on staging. She even provided staging items for pictures and open houses. She definitely has an eye for what looks good. I could not have asked for more on her techniques to getting our address out there for all to see! My only set back was when it came to negotiating time. I felt that this was the area where my husband and I felt most anxious in the entire process and didn't know what was the correct decision. I feel that we could have had stronger guidance when it came to this part of the process. Overall Nicole is very amazing at what she does! She is personable, helpful, and very good at what she does!
