Can't say enough good things about Nicole ! From the start she was so open to help us find our perfect home. From setting up meetings to dial in our wants and needs to asking all the right questions during inspection that I forgot ! Great communication and quick at that. Even helped us with an offer while traveling with her family. She made sure my husband and I stayed informed throughout the whole process. Never felt like I was waiting on her for answers. Amazing advice for what to offer and negotiate...we got baby gates put into the offer, which have been a life saver. Even now that the process is all said and done she is assisting with her magazine in recommendations for home improvement and places to go in the Twin Cities! She is very personable too!
