Went above and beyond our expectations
From the start, Nikki handled all of buyers inspection concerns, including hiring the contractors and scheduling these contractors in a time sensitive manner to satisfy our settlement need for a quick closing. Not only did Nikki hire and schedule these contractors, she was there to oversee their views on completing the job at hand. We would strongly recommend Nikki to anyone that would ask.
