Went above and beyond our expectations

From the start, Nikki handled all of buyers inspection concerns, including hiring the contractors and scheduling these contractors in a time sensitive manner to satisfy our settlement need for a quick closing. Not only did Nikki hire and schedule these contractors, she was there to oversee their views on completing the job at hand. We would strongly recommend Nikki to anyone that would ask. Excellent Transaction!

Jean was wonderful from the beginning of the sales process to the closing (April 2021). Thoughtful, collaborative strategy pre-listing followed by detailed staging and marketing that led to 75+ showings, 24 offers, an Agreement of Sale (record price for our 20+ year old neighborhood at the time) and a closing that was seamless (Jean handled everything). The sale of our home was the easiest part of the entire moving decision! Jean was engaged the entire time and offered excellent advice from start to finish. We would happily use Jean again and highly recommend her to others.
