Excellent Transaction!

Jean was wonderful from the beginning of the sales process to the closing (April 2021). Thoughtful, collaborative strategy pre-listing followed by detailed staging and marketing that led to 75+ showings, 24 offers, an Agreement of Sale (record price for our 20+ year old neighborhood at the time) and a closing that was seamless (Jean handled everything). The sale of our home was the easiest part of the entire moving decision! Jean was engaged the entire time and offered excellent advice from start to finish. We would happily use Jean again and highly recommend her to others.

Top Notch Agent
