Nico Longo

I unfortunately had a negative experience with Nico as my agent. She is sweet, but professionally her level of service is subpar. I met up with Nico at one of her listings, even though it wasn't built yet, and trusted her judgement. Myself and my roommates proceeded with applying, put the broker's fee down, gathered references, pay stubs, filled out all paperwork, verified all of our info, etc. — to only later find out that the landlord wanted to raise the rent AFTER signing and putting the fee down. Instead of honoring the price we signed for, or even trying to negotiate with the landlord at all, we were met with a "sorry." Response times were only fast when dealing with the broker's fee, and communication was not kept open about where we were in the process, timelines, next steps, or our refund. It was a huge disappointment.
