I have known Nicki for years, and we have successfully executed several transactions together over the years. However, nothing in our past prepared us for this most recent Sarasota market. Anyone can do well in an easy market, but only a true market knowledgeable professional with extensive experience and exceptional people skills can successfully navigate a challenging market. Nicki represents all of the above. Nicki tirelessly worked her extensive network, and every issue, to help us find and close on exactly the home we hoped for. It was not an easy process, and there were several different homes in the mix; each with their own challenges.
