Nick Afman

A coworker recommended Nick and Sarah to us and we couldn’t be happier! The Afman team was able to find us places to view on a very short notice and after making our initial offer, they walked us through every step of the process while making sure we felt comfortable and informed. When it came to the seller choosing between our offer and another, Nick told us what his strategy is and why he thought it would work…and it did!!! We got the first house of our dreams! We were over the moon when we found out our offer was accepted. After that, we began doing all the paperwork for our home loan and again, Nick and Sarah helped guide us throughout the loan process. Their communication is great, I don’t think I ever had a text go unanswered more than an hour or two. Nick and Sarah met us at our new home to give us the keys and once we arrived, we could see the genuine excitement they had for my wife and I. Overall, the best experience I can imagine having while buying our first home! I will be recommending them to anyone I know looking to move.
