She helped us sell and buy a house and was there evry step of the way during the loan process. She even made sure we got what was needed after inspection was done. Nichole worked hard to get our house sold when the market wasn't as friendly as we would have liked. We had some communication glitches, but she was eager and willing to work with us and meet our needs.

In the spring of 2021, I found myself in a bad position. I was being forced to short sell my home of 15 years due to flood damage that could not be repaired. She negotiated among my mortgage company, the buyer and their agent, and the legal and financial processes necessary to help me make some very emotionally and financially difficult decisions. I was so grateful for her compassion and her help. On the day of closing, we could not enter the realtor's office due to Covid-19 restrictions that were in place at the time. It was pouring the rain that day. Nichole sat beside me in the front seat of my car and read over every piece of paper that I signed that day to make sure that I did not agree to anything that would be problematic or further financially damaging to me. She had my best interest at heart the entire time. The sale of my home and land was a short sale which means that Nichole did not receive a substantial commission for her efforts. But she gave 110% anyway. This woman! She will have your back. I am grateful for her.
