Beth went above what a normal agent would do to help ensure I received the best outcome possible in every transaction.

Typically I don not right reviews for any such reason. However, since asked by RateMyAgent.com I will do so. My realtors name was Beth Combs and she was great. Beth did work diligently to help me in selling my home. Every instance that there was attention needed Beth followed through on her every promise in each conversation. Beth worked behind the seems to truly aid in me selling my home. The entire process working with Beth was great and I would truly recommend her to anyone in the Cumberland Gap area to reach out to her for your home buying or selling needs!

Beth is a very meticulous and a thorough realtor. She is also very much down to earth and so personable. She made the selling of my home very simple and easy. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Great experience! Very knowledgeable and experienced. Thank you for helping us sell our house as quick as possible !

When we first saw the property on Zillow, we reached out to Dawn, but within a few hours, it was under contract by another potential buyer. We were so sad and gave up, but my husband received a call/text from Dawn and said it was back on the market. We live 3 1/2 hours away, so Dawn was willing to Facetime us and do a walk-through of the home... With her guidance and expertise, we were able to make an offer and secure the property with a deposit, and was contingent upon our viewing of the property and an inspection. While making arrangements to physically get to the property, Dawn was our eyes and ears. She took every opportunity to offer trustworthy options and many recommendations on contractors, inspectors and HVAC installers. The process was smooth, seamless and extremely fast. We closed within one month of the initial viewing and we couldn't be happier with our agent, Dawn Risner!!! We were so blessed to work with Dawn and If we ever have any other property needs, she'll be the one we call. Thank you Dawn for all your hard work and the extra work you did for us!!! It's so appreciated!!!

Everything went better than expected. She had answers ready before I even asked.
