When we first saw the property on Zillow, we reached out to Dawn, but within a few hours, it was under contract by another potential buyer. We were so sad and gave up, but my husband received a call/text from Dawn and said it was back on the market. We live 3 1/2 hours away, so Dawn was willing to Facetime us and do a walk-through of the home... With her guidance and expertise, we were able to make an offer and secure the property with a deposit, and was contingent upon our viewing of the property and an inspection. While making arrangements to physically get to the property, Dawn was our eyes and ears. She took every opportunity to offer trustworthy options and many recommendations on contractors, inspectors and HVAC installers. The process was smooth, seamless and extremely fast.
