Nic was our real-estate agent and was on top of everything. We had a great experience and were happy with the service we received! We recently closed on our house and couldn't be happier. I would recommend Nic to anyone looking to purchase a home!

As someone that was looking for their first home, not having much knowledge in real estate, Nic made it so easy for me to understand everything. He took care of everything, gave me a heads up right away when something needed to be signed, any new information that came from the seller was immediately forwarded to me. His follow-up skills are impressive, and he is never not working to better his clients! I would greatly advise and highly recommend getting in contact with Nic Zerfas!
