Nic is the best realtor to pick hands down! He takes tremendous price in knowing the industry and is constantly looking for deals. He is honest, responsive, and wants to help. Nic gave me recommendations on what I needed to do to my house to help me sell it and get the most ROI possible. He then listed it for me, and had it sold with in a month.
