In late June my mother had decided to relocate closer to family and asked if I would assist her in selling her home of 30 years. When I asked my mother if she knew of a local realtor to list her home, she stated that a Realtor had stopped by when she was not home and left a nice handwritten letter identifying himself and stated that a neighbor had informed him that she may be placing her house on the market and he knew the area well and left his number. I told my mother that I would give him a call and setup a meeting time at her home. On the initial meeting day I was very impressed on how well prepared Nick was for that initial appointment, and my mother listed her home that very day. The initial meeting day was a Wednesday, the house listed on Friday, six showings Saturday and Sunday and two offers for $5000 over asking price on Monday.
