Nicholas Weathers

We moved from Texas to Kingman, KS to be closer to our family who had lived here already for several years. We found Nicholas Weather's info from online; called him up and he was willing to start helping us right away. This was so refreshingly different from some of the other agencies we had called. We took an immediate liking to him! He's friendly, with a great sense of humor, down to earth, and very professional. Through all of this; he had to communicate by long distance phone calls, emails, and even deal with wiring money from state to state because that was the preferred method of our out of state old fashioned credit union. Our old house in Texas sold much quicker than anticipated. We had come to a point where we needed to purchase our new home rather quickly! Nicholas remained friendly, calm, cool, & collected, was an amazing communicator; & was able to get our house very quickly like we desperately needed at the time. This man is A+ fantastic! I will recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor recommendation for as long as he's in the business! Great man, and this was the best experience possible for our family!

I couldn't recommend Nicholas enough!! To say he went above and beyond is putting it mildly. He helped us every step of the way to sell our home and build our dream home. He's not only our Realtor, but now our friend. We are lucky to know him and have had his expertise!!
