Nick recently helped my son purchase his first home. He was patient and extremely helpful during the entire process. He has a very good negotiating strategy that helped us save time and money. It was also helpful that Nick has a larger than normal amount of knowledge around home repairs and maintenance. That helped us determine what to ask for from the sellers and what was a non-issue. I highly recommend him!

Where do I begin…. I purchased my house just three and a half years ago then the market took a swing and it looked like I could make my 30 year investment pay off now so I had many talks with Nicholas back and forth on whether I should sell or not, he gave me sound advice on the advantages of selling or just keeping the property, but he ultimately made it perfectly clear that it was my decision. So I decided to sell the house. Nicholas came up with what I agreed was a fair price for my property and we listed it, the end…..or so we thought, of my first three showings two of them were no shows, of course I got discouraged and Nicholas assured me he was going to sell my house. Finally after more showings and more no shows i got an offer on the house I couldn’t refuse- exactly what Nicholas said I would get for it. Then the real fun began, we didn’t close on the original date because the buyers lender didn’t lock in their loan rate so of course I started to panic again and again Nicholas calmed me down and assured me that we would be closing! So we set a new date for closing and say hello to hurricane Ian and a disaster declaration for our county- so push off the close again….at this point I finally give in and go with the flow, and we finally closed, through the whole process and “ordeal” Nicholas was completely professional and quick to address my questions and needs, would never use a different agent! Truly impressed!

I just purchased my first home through Nick and I recommend his services. I have worked many construction projects and I am confident in what to look for in a building/property. It was an excellent partnership to have someone who was knowledgable and insightful regarding aspects beyond what included in the lot survey which affect my new lifestyle. Nick was so helpful with this process. The house being sold was my parents after a death. This was the first time selling a house and Nick made this so easy. He took care of everything. The house went on the market and in 4 days had a contract. Had multiple offers as well.
