Personable, knowledgable and patient
Nick was very helpful during the whole process of selling our property! From advice on what projects to do before listing, finding a moving company, photographs, and his knowledge of current market trends, we always felt like he was looking out for our best interests. It took us a while (about a year) from when we started talking to Nick to when we actually listed our property. He was never pushy to get it on the market, but was always available if we needed anything during the process. He made the entire experience as easy as it could possibly be.
