Nicholas Rapisardi

Nicholas first helped me find a rental property a year ago and at that time he impressed me so much I told him I would make contact again in one yr to look at properties to purchase. When I called him one yr later he not only knew who I was he said he had me on his list to contact! Nicholas is trustworthy, honest and very hardworking. He goes the extra mile all the time. He showed me all the properties I requested and listened closely to my likes vs dislikes to help steer me in the right direction. He even put up with that ‘woman’s prerogative’ to change her mind many times!!!! Everything he does is done very professionally and proficiently including answering texts promptly. I highly recommend Nicholas Rapisardi to anyone who wants to be happy and content moving into their new home ...he can make it happen without a doubt! I will be passing his name on to all my friends looking for a realtor.

Mr. Rapisardi has a preference for only telephone interaction, despite a potential client may prefer initial contact to be via email. I contacted Solera, Lakewood Ranch for additional information on the new community under construction. Mr. Rapisardi contacted me, but sent no information, only a, "When can we speak?" reply. I expected to receive information on builders, pricing, and timelines for completion on this specific community before selecting a real estate agent. He was not interested in email conversation, only telephone communication to gain a client. Other new communities in Lakewood Ranch have representatives who send additional info that cannot be "googled", which is what this Mr. Rapisardi suggested I do. He also stated in a second email that that I obviously do not want to buy a house since I was not willing to speak with him. My husband and I are searching for the right community in which to build a house in Lakewood Ranch. Nicholas Rapisardi is not only unprofessional, he is pushy, arrogant, and condescending, which indicates that he cannot compete with the new home sales agents at new construction communities.

We were first time home buyers and were very lucky to have such a great agent. Nicholas was always on time, responded very quick to our questions and made the whole process smooth and fast! Nicholas did excellent job! Now we have the house we wanted ! T&M
