Neelam Shrestha is Very Professional with outstanding job, Great knowledgeable and very helpful on her real-estate profession. Let’s take opportunity from her.
No wonder why so many people choose her to be their agent, including me :) . She already proved her professionalism by fulfilling many client's need, but still helping them beyond, is priceless. Kudos to all of your effort and kindness.
Excellent communication skill, good knowledge also knows what she is doing
I had a very good experience working with Ms. Shrestha. I would say whoever wants to work with her won’t regret it!
Neelam is highly experienced and pleasant to work with. At the start of the pandemic , we were under contract to buy a house. We decided to pullout of the deal. She got our earnest money back. She was very cordial about all of this. In 2021, we decided to stick with her when purchasing and selling our house. Even during the sellers market, we were able to buy the house below the asking price. We wanted a fresh paint on the interior. We also wanted to put wood floor on the top floor. She gave us their contact information and we completed both projects. Our house was affordable house. So, she had to deal not only with the buyer but also city official. Overall, it was smooth process both buying and selling the house.

Neelam is an amazing realtor. I found her by chance when looking for a local realtor in Colorado, and contacted her for help with finding a home since we were new to the area (while we share a common last name we are not related). From the first call, Neelam was fantastic and helpful in our search. She goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of and understand the homebuying process from start to finish. She is a realtor who will advocate for you and work tirelessly to ensure you find a home.
Neelam is a wonderful agent, she is truly a professional with very valuable knowledge. She went above and beyond to make sure our house closed. We have known her for a long time and she is a dedicated relator who treats her clients with respect. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is buying their first home and looking for extra support in the process.
Neelam Shrestha is absolutely wonderful to work with. She has a lot experiences over the years here in Denver Market. Our home purchase was challenging with being a bigger parcel land and the fact there were multiple offers. She guided us through the process and we were finally done with the closing.. Tara and i are very grateful to have you as you Realtor and Friend
