At the start of the pandemic , we were under contract to buy a house. We decided to pullout of the deal. She got our earnest money back. She was very cordial about all of this. In 2021, we decided to stick with her when purchasing and selling our house. Even during the sellers market, we were able to buy the house below the asking price. We wanted a fresh paint on the interior. We also wanted to put wood floor on the top floor. She gave us their contact information and we completed both projects. Our house was affordable house. So, she had to deal not only with the buyer but also city official. Overall, it was smooth process both buying and selling the house.
