Neelam is a very experienced realtor who knows how to do her job. Her consistent hard work throughout our house purchase journey must be applauded. Neelam’s ability to handle pressure and her communication skills was one of the reasons we were able to have a successful closing.
Neelam went above and beyond for us. She is professional and very knowledgeable which is why I had a very wonderful experience working with her. She was very calm and responsive at the same time that made the home buying process very easy for out of state buyers like us. I would highly recommend Neelam to anyone looking for a realtor who is committed to helping her clients. Best realtor in Denver.
Neelam dd helped us from the beginning to the last of our home buying process as a family member. She guided us in every possible ways and was always available whenever we needed her advice. It is very rare to find realtors who go beyond their service and help their clients in smooth house buying. I would recommend everyone to have her as your realtor in Denver and surrounding areas. Thank you once again for all the help anf support you have provided 🙏
Property Listing to Sale just over one month We normally do not write a review for anything , but the outstanding service we received from our Realtor Neelam Shrestha calls for an exception! Neelam was 100% professional at all times, patient with our asks, and knew when to be aggressive in order to get us under contract! She listed our place in May and we were on contract in the same month, at asking price. She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. She is a valuable asset to materialize the transaction on time and we greatly appreciate everything she did for us. Highly recommended! Thanks again Neelam!
