It’s always a pleasure working with Neelam. I have worked with Neelam for few years. She has been a great agent and helped me immensely on my last purchase. She is a professional and knowledgeable about the industry and tries hard to fulfill her clients expectation.
This is one of the few properties I worked with Neelam . As always she always demonstrates her experience , virtues , timely response , being proactive with critical situations and effective communication. I highly recommend her as a realter because she always comes through .
I had a great experience working with Neelam. She is very knowledgeable and helped me go through the mountain of paper work that i needed to sign during my house closing. She is super easy to work with and very precise at her work. I would 100% work with her again in the future.
She’s the best and experience agent we ever work.
Neelam went above and beyond the call of duty to help negotiate and reach favorable settlement terms with a seller. She also worked through nights and weekends against pressing deadlines. Her knowledge of, and business relationship with, local lenders helped close a deal in a very short timeline.
One of the finest Realtor in whole Denver.

Realtor Neelam Shrestha is a very nice realtor for buying house in our experience. She was very helpful , she did a great job about keeping us informed on the market and was able to have informed discussions about the market . She has a great strong passion for customer service. Neelam was absolute easiest and joy to work with from start to end of the process. Me and my husband highly recommend using her for any kind of real estate needs.
If you are going to buy or sell a house, I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Neelam. I have worked with her multiple times and she has always treated me like her own. I have always felt so comfortable with her, it feels as though she has a genuine desire to help her client rather than purely working for money. She is absolutely wonderful to work with, it’s like having a friend in the business. Thank you Neelam for your unconditional help. Always happy to come back with you!!
She has rendered her service multiple times. I found her quite knowledgeable and expertise in what she does with her clients. She always puts her customer first. She even does something that you didn't ask for and she does not have to. In one instance she saved my $3000 just by negotiating with my lender which I never asked. I feel confident having her with my all real estate transaction.
