Ned Hands, III

Ned was courteous, professional and went above & beyond expectations of what a realtor's job entails. He helped my 80=-year old father navigate the court system as the property had to go through probate first. He stayed in constant contact via phone and also just checking on how he was doing, as my father does have some medical issues. Talking with Ned myself I received the impression of a man who thinks of his clients first and not what his commission will be. The fact that Ned not only took the time to help my father sell the car by navigating the internet for him (My father has never dealt with computers.), but also drove my father to the car buyers indicates a man who has ethos and is a sympathetic person. Even after the closing, he called up to see how my father was doing and wished a happy birthday. This man who only came into my father's life this April apparently considered him as a person (and not dollar signs) more so than most of our family members. Ned Hands is a great realtor ... and, also, a wonderful person. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking in the south-west portion of Florida.

Ned did a great job guiding my older relative in the sale of their condo. His patience and knowledge were exemplary from explaining the market, setting the listing price, marketing the condo and answering tough questions.
