Alison provides very personable and knowledgeable service as a realtor. She also goes way beyond her role as realtor providing excellent contractors if needed. She truly works hard to sell at the best price and seems to take a personal interest in the whole process. I recommend Alison Hurd with absolutely no hesitation!!! She is the BEST!!
Handled everything very professionally and efficiently! Highly recommend!
We met Alison, who was the listing agent at a condo open house we wanted to see. An open house is sort of a hectic time to try and get to know someone, to sat the least. There was a lot of traffic while we were there, but Alison went well out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We called her later that evening with a few questions we had, and she had every bit of information we needed at the ready - and more. We wanted to see the condo one more time, so Alison arranged for us to see it the next day, and also introduced us to the condo President and some neighbors as well. While she knew our interest was very high, Alison never put any pressure on us whatsoever. She relayed information to and from the owner in a timely and professional manner, and after our second visit to the unit we made an offer. By that point, we were so comfortable with Alison that, even though she was the listing agent, we asked her to represent us as the buyers in the transaction as well. Alison guided us more than expertly throughout the entire process and made the entire experience completely painless. We have never had a real estate transaction go so smoothly and so well. Alison arranged for all the necessary inspections and documentation, and did it so expertly that the actual closing in a little over 2 weeks from the initial open house was an anti-climax. We highly recommend Alison to anyone wanting to purchase or sell property, and can guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with the results. No matter how hard you try, you will not find anyone more knowledgeable, friendly, or professional than Alison.
We Always go to Alison for any of our real estate needs & recommend her to any of our family & friends who might be looking for an agent. She is knowledgeable and always responds to any questions we have during and After a transaction.
Alison made my first time home buying amazing and a great learning experience. She took the time to explain the process of homebuying and all of my costs/benefits. Alison is the co-captain of the homebuying team as she took my requests and made them happen. Alison has a wonderful network of connections to have anything you need in home inspected, fixed, or renovated. Alison is everything you need in a real estate agent and more. Would recommend her to any friends, family, or coworkers.
Alison is simply amazing. She’s knowledgeable, organized, she’s caring. She’ll never make you feel like you’re not being heard, she’ll never make you feel like you’re going this process alone. She’s truly passionate about her job AND her people and it shows in every move she makes. This was my first time buying a house and I was petrified of the process and of feeling judged but Alison never let me feel anything but calm and taken care of. Thank you Alison.
My husband and I came to Alison based on a recommendation, and I am so grateful we did! Alison was a joy to work with as first time home buyers in a challenging market. She was incredibly helpful throughout the home buying process. She was quick to answer our questions and her knowledge and experience made everything go so smoothly. In this crazy sellers market, Alison's expertise and professionalism made all the difference. I will be sure to recommend her to my friends and family in the future!

Alison is the greatest! She is a dedicated professional on top of market research, knowledge of the area and excellent at taking care of every detail of the sale and purchase. I have bought and sold four homes in Arizona with her and basically all I have to do is sign the papers and move. Alison is also one of the kindest and most generous people I have ever met and highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.
Allison was very knowledgeable and understood what we were looking for and found it fast
